Its being manipulated down and kept at a price for some reason . Was dumped hard and kept inplace and then bang a cap raising last year was at .023c . Then BOOM off to 6c then a nice grind down back to another capital raising at .035 then more shares issued under 3c ... Hope they make it boom soooon !
