I see your point bolslawiec however I don't think management mislead investors by its' reports. 2 new wells were severely (and perhaps permanently) damaged when the gel used by the frac operator would not dissolve resulting in considerable loss of production. I'm not certain but I believe this is currently in court for damages, which, if the fraccer was properly insured would cost the insurer many many millions. I also would appreciate a report on this however should it be in litigating in court it may not be possible because of the rules applying.
