    This has to be one of the best timed & executed buyback I've seen on the ASX for a long time.
    Approx 8.4% of the total shares bought back at an average of 17.7c.
    That means a 9.7% increase in EPS & distributable reserves this year without any underlying business improvement.
    Especially considering the share price was way above the buyback average for the first 6 months of the buyback.
