So it depends what we are talking about:
1. Dilution: Will be inexistent if you participate in the CR.
2. SP: Different story. It may start down at offering price on Monday @$0.032, which is normal as such an offer sets a price. However the SP can then recover after opening whether it is hours or days, if the market believes in the project financed by the CR. But it can also go the other way if the market sentiment towards the company is negative.
