well looks like they are really going after legal ownership per se. I’m not an expert in compensation legal claims though. Plus it’s political social license to operate as a global miner in my view. As I would have assumed legal liability resided within that Brazilian entity, again I could be wrong in this case. I’m an ex accountant, not international law expert.
