can be seen in a lot of cases on the asx - especially in microcap speculative stocks. Little volume or interest then, material announcement, then rerate over several months. We’ve gone from like 5c to somewhat sustained 15c region in a few months.
id rather not have major interest in heads, stick with my investment thesis and if I’m right - be thankful for the buying opportunity.
A lot of the time there’s significant opportunity missed by many.
also, the company is in a position where we need to cap raise probably mid year, uncertainty on clinical trial outcome (both in depth results of 2a and entire 2b arm) and a long history of disgruntled shareholders and share price for many reasons.
sentiment doesn’t change overnight, or in biotech, over months.
i know much of the above is all platitudes but just generally just how I see the situation. I don’t think there’s one factor you can put little interest in volume to. Also, I think most people have their fill in heads. Only a few hundred/ thousand people would be interested to invest in this company right now. Most of which have been holding for a long time thinking this trial was going to happen over a year ago.
