Do you not understand the basics of what a MoU is? or pre sales??

Telstra are kings of pre sales.. they sell stuff before its even released.. then when its released the sales come in and funding takes place to pay back what they owe..

its simple... its not a hard concept to understand..

the CDR is a crucial factor in this companies milestone checklist... it confirms it will work.. and funding now can be given by any insto or financiers who wish to fund the construction because they know when built.. it will work and the MoU's inplace will turn into binding contracts generating revenue..
