IMO, the completion of CDR is already priced in the current SP and it is not a booster for the price to go north but could be catastrophic if it didn’t proceed well.
Again as a lot of nay sayers pointed out the big ‘f’ word is still not fully or explicitly answered and the market probably won’t be over joyful with ‘everything is on track for launch in 2019’.
IMO again, the only real good news to boost the SP at the moment will be the confirmation of the completion of manufacturing and testing of the 20 pearls- no matter whether an extra funding is required and how it is achieved. Once this news is announced , we will likely see the prelaunch hype similar to the 3D that a steep rise of SP is foreseeable no matter what the SP was before the news.
I think the management has ticked most of the boxes so far and it will be so unlikely the whole business will fall through after it goes this far.
