For the sake of the numourous posters who keep fretting about a takeover of PCL:

The only asset with any value at the moment is the 3D survey which was paid for and owned by WDS.

A takeover of PCL at this point online gets you PEL87 (and only if the transfer is approved by the Namiba Govt)

A takeover company needs to wrestle ownership of the 3D results from WDS, or pay for another 3D survey yourself ($35+M USD)

PCL cannot sell the 3D results to another company. They only have access rights.

WDS are the only potential threat in terms of takeover but thats another discussion.
