Any work carried out on a permit regardless of who pays or who carried it out, is done on behalf of the permit operator and will be claimed by the operator as either expenditure incurred or work carried out towards fulfillment of a work commmitment. PCL will be submitting the data, reporst etc etc.. Woodside is farming in, as yet has no interest in, nor is opearting the Permit. Namcor are the custodians of the data and probably already recieved it. Custos should also have access to the data as participants in the permit. The only parties who do not have implicit access are those with ORI's or shareholders in the operator or other parties to the venture.
