Not 100% sure if pcl as the operator organised the seismic and its released to wds or WDS organised it and its available to the operator (normally the operator) but regardless:
- Woodside is paying for the 3d
- This gives Woodside the farm in option
- Pcl have the 3d regardless of what Woodside decides.
- If Woodside decides not to farm in (not going to happen-they will), we would have met our contractual obligations and could pursue a new partner with no lost % and a 35+ million 3d as an asset.
