PCL 20% free carried on the first well if exercised.
10% free carried on the 2nd well if it occurs, or keep 20% and PCL must then pay their share of costs.
If a field developement is proposed PCL can can choose (with in 60 days) go to 1.5% royallty on future revenue at no costs to PCL,
if not then PCL must pay their way.
