Those numbers show an interesting bias towards over estimating the resource in that the mean values are significantly higher than the P50 which is half way between the p10 and p90. Without seeing the input information it is difficult to work out how this was done but it would appear that 1 or more of the inputs to these estimates are optimistic guesses rahter than considered ranges.
