My wife is from Kenya, been travelling over there for 25 years or so now..
Talking to Geos who were over there they believed that Kenya was more likely to be viable for O&G than minerals.
Seemed appropriate to throw some $ in for family goodwill ;-)
Got into PCL just before they started drilling offshore Kenya, unfortunately that did t pay off but made some $ all the same.
Kept watching as firm believer in Africa (changed a lot from what we see on TV) and Namibia seems like worthy shot.
Time will tell results, but looking good so far.
Also got into BSE which has had good results.
Need to look at dividends on this one and not the chart.
African continent is a good place to earn a $, yes it’s different to Australia, however can be very supportive to ASX listed stocks. Aussies have a good reputation and are known for playing straight rather than getting involved in dodgy business as many others do.
