To my understanding on K2u downloads, I am looking at the overall download amount. With estimates with 3k users joining each week for the last two months (it was mentioned in a previous ann mind you), that should put the downloads to around 35k. That is 'close' to 50k than 10k. This number can change with more advertising etc. From the trial they mentioned it was a success, imo I am expecting some spike from the global launch. Providing they get to 50k quickly then my expectation for 100k seems reasonable for the end of the year or jan.
Now the downloads are different to amount of $$$ it will earn. As an example, we have 100k downloads on the app store and lets say 10k users purchased the 3day pack then we'll be looking around 50k rev, it can spike and give tv2 a good amount of rev to use elsewhere but it needs to happen like with everything else.
But imo it shows that Divan are happy with Tv2 to inject with k2u into the platform also. Once hollywood content is supplied from tv2 then divan will be the golden project that they may show off to potential clients.
