The CR takes the risk off the Balance Sheet, and gives AIS time ~6months to get their mines profitable.
Also some of their Payables (contractors, suppliers etc) will get paid.
The Mt Colin tolling arrangement clearly needs to be reworked, coz it will impact Barbara when that comes online.
