IMO this is being capped by the underwriters to put retail holders off participating so they can scoop up the possible shortfall !!! I don't know for sure but have seen these tactics before. I purchased double on the open this morning to what I've been allocated via the offer rather than directly participating in the offer - F$%k em ! E .
