Me too, I grabbed 4, in for a penny in for a pound.
Just browsed the takeover rules. It appears one party needs to own 90% of the stock before there is a compulsory acquisition. Below that level we get to choose whether to accept the offer.
I think the bigger issue here will be Molton will not want to sit back and see their investment squandered, so not such a bad thing. The more they have to take up the deeper they are in.
Really now its a bet on the macro environment imo.
