Not Missing anything Quiono.... It's cheap as. Been ground to the dirt power struggles, oil , management losing the faith of holders etc. .... fundamentally SM71 is worth 3X the MC at 0.005 under a normal oil environment.
Then add Lightning and soon to be GC 21
Wont be short on cash after this and safe from breaching loan covenants id say also (much to the fury of shareholders including myself)... not a lot of downside here.... I'm averaged at 5c and I still think its plausible to see this again if oil pops and management regains faith.
