With the big oilers starting to move up this could be an early signal in a turn around in the POO.
OEL at these levels are dirt cheap, they should never have been allowed to get this low and the management should be held accountable. None of them deserve their pay packets IMO.
New holders will be loving it when this eventually turns...to bad I am, like most here are, a long suffering existing holder!
