The PE is 7.3. Mngt can only do better.
As per the comment above, price can't go over placement price no matter what gold does, which is very bad timing. If they don't get McP across the line, we need to ask for blood. AngloGold still has preemption rights until June 14 unless waived and I haven't seen a waiver yet.
Imagine doing a deal where it only goes ahead if the price is too high for the 70% shareholder which has synergies amd savings! What a team! I'm praying for McP and that they haven't done this stupid deal to cover that it's not going ahead.
