Unfortunately over subscription will not be offered. There won't be any opportunity to subscribe to additional shares above your allocated amount. Many subscriptions offer retail investors the opportunity to subscribe for additional shares up to $30,000. Unfortunately this is not going to be the case for SGR when the retail offer documents come out.
Bit of a bummer, but shows that the underwriters all WANT the shares.
So the good news this will further support the share price going forward.
