If they can show they can keep generating decent cash like they did in the last quarter the share price should start to re- rate. I've got no idea on the likelihood of this, If the share price re-rated they might be able to raise at a better level and crush some debt. MC is approx 108 million here if retail take their full entitlement which seems unlikely with the share price where it is and it doesn't say its underwritten so MC approx 97 million at 6 cents if no retail uptake. 35 million cash going towards debt so another 5 million for the coffers. I wonder if the shorts are closing out here or do they think its going lower? The next set of financials could have a big effect.
