Quite possibly an option - so you’re suggesting the cash isn’t on hand, they don’t want to use a debt facility and will carry the fine over many years?
no comment on the QLD licenses?
a very real option is continued provisional suspension (ie continue to operate with oversight)
has anyone seen anything regarding this?
