The registry will most likely send you details of the offer and your entitlement by email together with instructions as to how to make your payment. Then it's just a matter of making a bank transfer to the account number provided for the amount necessary to cover the number of new shares you want to take up. Usually no need to fill in forms or send anything by post. Your broker is not involved as it's all done through the share registry.
