The ASX operates on a T+2 settlement cycle. So, if we sell shares today on the 3rd of November, the sale would typically settle on the 5th of November. Since we would still be the registered owner of the shares on the record date (7pm 3rd November), we should technically still be entitled to participate in the entitlement offer even if we sold our shares on the same day before the record time. However, this is my understanding only... and entitlement offers can have specific terms and conditions that may vary. Would hate to miss the entitlement offer on a technicality!
