To cover the additional shares will require an additional 17.8% of current holdings and then another 14.1% after the first lot of convertible notes (June) and then a final 10% for the final lot. (2028)
It's not exactly insignificant amounts but as all investors here have done their DD, it should have been no surprise these conversions were an obvious eventuality.
If you are a LT holder, believe Syrah and NG has a future and want to avoid future dilution, best buy your required 41.9% increase in shares while the price is low. Hard to believe Syrah will be in 50 cent range in 2028
