I’d say we would be very much front and centre on their Radar.
A made in USA EV requires Non China credentials for Tax Credits. Plus (and often overlooked) the budget compact “non performance” EV market is huge - and more suited to cells containing “more” non-synthetic natural graphite (cheaper, less energy intensive to produce & better ESG).
Aus Super has a substantial blocking stake should any take over offer arise. Saying that - I’d be happy with any offer north of $2.50 per share.
