Have to agree plough.
I am struggling to think of a more professionally run sale process and large capital raising in recent times. I am so very enthused by the the sheer amount of interest in SPR. The large amount of cash gives SPR more room to let the rigs run (and if need be, expand the rig count even higher).
As for the Tier 1.....
"...we are not Tier 1"..... yet.
