Half subscription plus directors fulfillment is good way to finish SPP IMO. The project was designed for win-win between retail and unith. however the term company can take up all over subscription will weapon retailers unknown amount of cheap shares, thus incurred strategic insto dump in March.
On the other hand SP had a quick ride from 2c towards 5c, this serves a cooldown and entry opportunity for new investors.
Insto should be relieved after SPP and armed to push this back to high 3 and 4c soon, with or without news.
