noone said it would be..... the FACT is that tungsten is being used on fusion reactors right NOW - and they are still very much in testing phase. Another FACT is they just broke the record for sustaining fusion for 6 minutes by using tungsten. what does this mean ? It means the dozen or so companies who are actively engaged in fusion energy are very excited about using tungsten, so if they want to continue to drive their testing towards commercialization, they will need to enter the tungsten supply/demand space to secure forward supplies of tungsten
How much will they need ? Dont know exactly,.... they keep these things close to their chest..... but the phrase "bucket loads" comes to mind
