    Those free options they gave have got me thinking. At first I thought it was just a bonus for a cheap raising, but now I am wondering if they had to do this to get the raise away. If so it dont look so hot for the near term share price.
    Also does anyone know if Pacpartners can sell their shares below the issue price? or are they obligated to only sell above.
