They have to cancel/defer the SPP & issue financial guidance to market that they dont need the cash.
Better to defer the Investec loan & TC as usual than do this.
AVRP just boomed from 1213 to 1273 in days, up U$60 peroz, thats U$1.3Mpa extra FCF of A$2Mpa
WTF do they need any offmarket cash!!!

Dilution is the enemy.
FCF is the saviour.
Rambo is gettin agro with all his bullets going to waste

Look at the match, this will blow any time soon if they just did the above.
No one wants cheap offmarket shares at 10.5c not even the INSTOs, they want to see the shares fly to 21c!
