I would love to know what plans Soaraway has for this mob. I cannot for the life of me fathom why someone would pour so much money into what some here call a "shell" company. Could they be setting it up for a back door listing of their other operations? I see Exergen are using CAG for the same reason. Could this be what is happening here?
