ASIC are too busy being over worked & under resourced.........
They'll leave it up to shareholders to vote it down.
Are we more likely to vote yes if we're all above water & feeling good about ourselves, but with a bigger disparity between the placement & the SP? Or if we're all under water and less disparity between the placement & the SP?
it's making my head hurt.....lol
