I think 2 points are being devalued by all this flack;
1. Is it really another co-incidence that BoD are taking up CR equal to their annual Directors Fees? Exact same happened in 06/2014 CR @ 0.135. Someone posted today was this BoD or BP decision. I say BP.
2. If 0.31 + Options is the price for bringing a US Insto on board, then so be it. Isn't this what we wanted. Or should we go back and re-list on the NSX?
Seems to me no-one is unhappy about new "Australian and US Institutional Investors on to the register." Most posters seem only to be concerned with the cost of doing business with them. And we don't even know who they are yet! (Well, g41 probably does.)
Tranche 2 will pass the EGM like every other Resolution before it.
