I’ll do so some numbers tomorrow and post my thoughts. Freestyle valuation will be a guess, but you can use some metrics to put a back-of-the-envelope scenario together. Ultimately we’ll have to wait until Wednesday (when the acquisition details are released) to assess the impact.

You never know, this deal might change my sentiment to ‘buy’. With $1m in the bank (assuming the Penta funds are realised) and an almost break-end operation (as previously advised by the Chairman), I think CCP is in a much better negotiation position with Freestyle.
