Small companies are not built on financial records.

They are built on people with vision and a business model, taking calculated risks, asking the public for cash and then delivering.

This company originally presented a vision and asked for cash to deliver that vision.

The people have failed on all accounts whilst in the process getting access to millions and spending it.

I have invested in many a company with no revenue and made a substantial return. If I invested on their initial accounts , i would never have made money.

For my money I believe in people - some do not have the capacity to deliver and fail.

Those people should resign within a failed listed public company and allow a restructure to take place.
