Lots of conditions and contractual risks, including the Lole binding sheet with Frontier Copper (PNG) Ltd. My guess is that it will go through as PNG’s PM, Marape, espouses a « take back Png » policy, though he does still encourage foreign investment
I understand that if all conditions are met and TOL lists OK then LNR will be paid the $1.5 million dollars in shares . That would be 3 million shares (IPO is 50c per share; TEM invested $1 million dollars at, from memory. 37c/share pre IPO).
