    Not sure what the word strategic placement is about. Nothing strategic about it. Sparkplus - who are they. It
    was probably them and some of their clients who wanted a cheap entry.

    Now again we will have a few more million shares on overhang.

    Unless they can pull something out of the hat with sales this sp is going nowhere
