Following strong support from existing investors, management has agreed toincrease the placement to $3 million (before costs) through the issue of 250 million new fully paid ordinary shares (Placement Shares).
The Placement Shares were issued at $0.012 (1.2 cents) per share, which represents a 9% premium to the previous closing price of $0.011 (1.1 cents) per share.Shaw and Partners Limited acted as Lead Managers and Bookrunners of the placement.
