There is a fair chance bureaucracy is the glue slowing news flow, waiting on new tenement permits, boundary adjustments, mineral rights/royalty agreements, other authorisations, etc.,?
The final $10m payment in cash or shares is at the discretion of PLS.
Perhaps negotiations for a deal into the remaining Mt York resource are ongoing since the PLS deal and if so perhaps the release of the scoping study has become more strategic leading to delay?
