well that tactic worked by whoever was trying to keep the share price low throughout the SPP... a pathetic $75,000 was raised and a waste of all the paperwork and time languishing at 10c below issue price..
Only advantage is that you could have topped up your allocation if you were scaled back at all in cap raising at 95c..
More importantly the company now has $70m in the coffers in addition to its circa $20m cash... so I would imagine this should last it well through to breakeven and beyond as it develops the case and product for chronic heart failure.
The rate of sale and take up of the L-Dex product will be interesting to see and if we are put in the national cancer guidelines then we should be off to the races..
Interesting next 6 months for this company..
