The first raise is targeting all shareholders. Retail and wholesale. I agree I would have loved to put more than 30k in. But thats the limitation put on a raise envolving retail.

As for the timing, my understanding that the timing of BTC was price was the major point.

I think they dont want to burn people that get into the raise if btc was 100k USD. Do it earlier and build a base. The growth will come none the less.

I agree it sucks in the short term. But I stand by my point.

As for the options...... yea that was naughty. But it shows conviction. Shaws will want to execute those. I would expect them not to take a deal like this without executing max value.
