Update on collaboration between TAUV Pty Ltd and Titomic Ltd. TAUV and Titomic have been unable to resolve the issues arising from the failure to achieve the commercial outcomes attributed to the Titomic Kinetic Fusion process.There is ongoing County Court litigation centred on the Titomic Kinetic Fusion process which means further comment is limited to noting that while TAUV hopes that a commercial resolution can be reached, it will vigorously pursue the litigation to trial if necessary.
