Energy (ASX:EXE) has made progress towards its proposed acquisition of
the Galilee gas project, Queensland.
Technical due diligence has been completed satisfactorily.
This clears the way for the acquisition and shareholders will now
vote at an EGM on the proposal.
The project comprises five contiguous and highly prospective
permits with potential for up to 35 trillion cubic feet of coal seam gas
and shale gas.
