SMM price yesterday: NdPr 286,500 RMB/mt = US$40.89 but contracted prices would be discounted from there.
China already importing +6ktpa NdPr that ROW has no magnet making capacity to process, you may be able to sell them some concentrate but do you seriously think the Dragon would stump up $1.1Bn+ for oxides?
