With the number of shares loaned out (328,000) it would be very difficult to take on what is effectively a preloaded algorythm that is not my intention it is more to find out who the operator/shorter is as this will allow me to guess where the price might end up. I did not mention London trading in my previous post the price trades within a range over there £1.20-£1.32 what is intriguing is the daily volumes for example on the 25th Feb there was 48,000 sold 37,000 bought yet 95,000 traded so the mm’s must be declaring the difference as an U/T or a deferred trade this happens daily . I will a dealer friend in the London tonight to take a view on it.

PC needs a Corporate Cornerstone Investor I feel as there will always be weak hands when a derisory offer is sprung. Totally agree that it is essential to resist anything under $4 certainly our fund will not be selling.I don’t expect the shorter will have to throw to much at the price today as the market will do much of the work given they are heavily down.
All in my opinion of course other than the figures.

I believe if SFR and Milos did have some kind of agreement regarding a takeover offer then this might have to be notified as it would involve SFR having an 'interest' over additional ADT shares. Not 100% and could be wrong and SFR of course may not abide by this or agreement may be structured in such a way as to weasel out of this.
