Long time listner, first time caller to the LSR forum.
I have held LSR for 14 months but have not had anything meaningful to contribute to the discussions.
What I am suprised about (and why I hold) is how much potential value LSR offers for so little investment.
The shareprice rise over the last few weeks has been rapid and supported by above average volume.
In real estate, people say buy the worst house in the best street and you will always make money.
Considering who our neighbours are and considering our market cap, we have plenty of share price upside left without getting to a market cap which would be hard to justify based on our land position.
Exciting times ahead.
