I was'nt aware there was a delayed start, though there was a before the start of trade announcement on the refinance, not market sensitive ....no mention of it on HC, just checking broker site the announcement has disappeared & not on the company's web site either, anyway it was there & the content was similar to the 02/09 announce minus a few bits. Anyway thats the long answer to ur question, I have no idea why the delayed start if there was one.
